Refund Policy

  1. Deposits

Most projects require an upfront deposit before work begins. This deposit covers initial planning, permits, and materials. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started or materials have been purchased, unless otherwise specified in your written agreement.

  1. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds for cancellations will be determined as follows:

Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started or materials have been ordered, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your deposit, minus any administrative or planning costs incurred.

After Work Has Started: If work has begun, you may not be eligible for a refund. Any refundable portion will depend on the stage of the project, costs already incurred, and expenses for materials purchased on your behalf.

  1. Completed Work

Payments made for completed work or milestones already delivered are non-refundable. We stand by the quality of our work and will address any concerns through repairs, adjustments, or warranty services as outlined in your contract.

  1. Custom Orders & Materials

Materials purchased specifically for your project cannot be returned once ordered. Any non-returnable custom items or special orders will be deducted from any eligible refund.

  1. Disputes

If you have concerns about billing or project completion, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
